I had used this hotel pre covid and it was very acceptable and nice. Currently it has slid into the abyss. I looked at the photos online and remembered it was a nice place and when I showed up it was like a bad dream from the 1980’s.
The photos used in their promotional materials are from when this place was nice. Be warned.

Honestly, the room was spotless, the bed was sooo comfortable, and I loved the pillows!!! It is an older building, but kept in good shape...The ladies that I met doing housekeeping? We're so very nice and sweet!!! I'd stay there again, no doubt!!!

Meh.... looks like they're in renovation but no signs saying so.
Was there for an event and no food service was open, not even the small Starbucks. What a huge miss, they could have made a lot of money.
Lots of storage of busses and large vehicles on site and blocks the view of the airport which is a huge perk to the property.
Never saw one employee the entire time we were there, including the front desk.
Hope they do a better job when they're done renovation, if that's what they're doing.

I don't even know where to start. The feeling is almost like if we were scammed.
The photos online led us to expect a nice property with good amenities and breakfast. What we got was something completely different.
The common areas were dirty and smelly, the room was also smelly, the AC unit was noisy, the shower couldn't hold a steady temperature, no amenities were available (swimming pool, jacuzzi, Cafe, bar... nothing), the breakfast was a joke, we paid $12 + tax per night for parking but the parking lot was chaotic, asphalt full of wholes and puddles, people were partying at the parking lot and blocking the way... Really bad experience...
Having this property rated as a 3-star hotel is completing misleading.
We are never coming back and don't recommend the property, unfortunately.

Booked a room, but they booked the wrong date. No refund or anything.. why? Cause you cannot get anyone on the phone.. and if you asked for front desk, she'll just transfer you to an empty line.. this is ridiculous and a scam almost. No service what so ever. Don't go here..
