I had a great stay here for a symposium on campus. I wanted to especially call out the impeccable work of Ana Miranda in housekeeping. On her daily round Ana touched up my room, left everything sparkling and arranged things so beautifully in the bathroom that it made me actually marvel that someone could take so much care & pride in their work. I’ve never had this experience in a hotel before. Thank you Ana for your very special touch. ✨

Good hotel. Located right across main USC campus. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Convenient parking. A little bit old but well maintained. Kinda pricey. Road can be noisy. Try to stay campus side. Restaurants next to hotel not convincing.

very good place! The treatment is good, the only thing is that on the page we reserved (booking) the room said that parking was free and when we arrived they charged us $40 for parking, I told the staff and they said they couldn't do anything… my ticket It was at 3 pm and when I arrived it was 2 pm they told me that if I wanted to come in earlier it would be an extra $60 plus taxes... I decided to wait until 3 pm to check in

The location cannot be beat for USC and the Shrine.. Hotel staff was wonderful.. Rooms were very clean and we had a renovated bathroom.. Room could have used a update .. Helpful hint.. Purchase the VIP lounge upgrade definitely worth it and forget the $35 overpriced breakfast buffet..

Very nice place had a good time at the rally at Galen Center. Had a great time with Nanay the most beautiful Asian women ever student from USC studying biology very American speaking English a 11 out of 10 from beauty head to toe wow God Is Good to bless me with this beauty she resembles Jenny from pink only prettier such a stunning looking women. 💕
