Totally clean low end hotel at the very end of shopping downtown district. It was completely fine though not nice for the price. It felt a little sketchy with unlocked doors to the Main Street and parking lot which felt like anyone could wander in unseen. Bathtub had a chunk out of the tub and no drain stopper and just generally seemed icky to me so flew home without a shower. Los Gatos is a cute place though this hotel was a big let down. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again or recommend.

Hotel phone greeting says ‘newly renovated hotel’ - false advertising. NOTHING about the property is renovated. The rooms are VERY tired and dated… holes in blinds and curtains, wood furniture is all very beaten. no glasses in rooms - only paper cups, no wine opener - you have to request one, no streaming services, dated bathrooms and lighting, loud AC/heating unit, furniture and parts of carpeting in public areas are stained. To top it off - they shut off the hotel water on our check out day which was certainly not convenient! The property appears to be operated on a shoestring budget. Recommend you consider staying at Hotel Los Gatos instead.

The hotel was very nice, quiet, and clean. I came here for a party and not many people around at the time. The service was very good. The food was just above average. I think it is depending on what they were ordered. I really like and enjoy this hotel and highly recommended.

This hotel is overpriced... I can't imagine ever staying here again, there is no food, soda water, a restaurant that is open for dinner for 3.5 hours.. I have stayed at a great number of hotels in the area due to frequent work trips, would rather stay at: Hotel Los Gatos, Doubletree pruneyard, Hotel Valencia Santana Row, Best western Los Gatos.

The resort's pricing is undeniably steep, and the $25/day resort fee, while providing some basic amenities like a bottle of water, a limited assortment of fruit, and simple coffee and pastries, falls short of what you might expect for the cost. Regrettably, the absence of a pool, scenic views, and minimal gym facilities can be a letdown. Furthermore, the lack of a full-length mirror is quite inconvenient, especially when preparing for important events like weddings hosted at the hotel.
In our experience, our room was seriously lacking in essentials like shampoo and body wash. When we requested refills, we were handed small bottles that barely meet the needs of one person, let alone two.
Given these concerns, it would be prudent to explore alternative accommodations, such as the Holiday Inn, Los Gatos Lodge, or Best Western, which may offer a more satisfying stay.
