This is go to place for the mothers day outing for me and my daughter. It is definitely a chic luncheon place💜 we love this place with passion.
Food and tea are very different from other places and perfection. I recommend to ask for scones with currants. We tried all food there and we loved them all. Deserts are also amazing.
Space: this whole area is old town look and fun to walk around and tea house fits right in. Cute Victorian house all around and everything is there for you to have a fun girls day.
Servers are all caring and we never had a bad experience there.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant! The atmosphere, service and food are excellent! It's like going to a victorian tea party! Dress like you're going to Sunday afternoon tea. Ladies, wear a beautiful hat and you'll fit in. Dressing up is not required, but if you don't, you'll wish you had. It's a beautiful place!

Such a cute tea house. Their outside garden area is nicely decorated and the inside is really cute too.
They have a small parking lot in front of their restaurant. We didn't know this and spent some time looking for parking elsewhere before walking to the restaurant.
We dropped in and luckily they were able to seat us without a reservations. We had tea and desserts since we've already had lunch prior to coming. We would definitely come back to have their full English tea.

Morgan made our experience amazing. She was kind, genuine, attentive, and so helpful with suggestions and follow up. From the scones, mimosas, soup, salad, sandwiches and dessert - everything was delicious. Our first time here and we can’t wait to come back.

My experience at The Tea House on Los Rios was amazing. Our server, Daniel, was kind, considerate and prompt with everything. He explained what everything in the menu was and he treated myself and my friend with respect. Honestly, all of the staff as absolutely wonderful. The food and tea were wonderful. I can’t wait to go back!
