Held a bridal shower at the Island Deck Conservatory in the gardens and it was such a lovely experience. Great communication, fair pricing, and just a beautiful area. Definitely worth the visit and if you’re planning an event in the area, we would highly consider the SB Botanical Gardens. 10/10 would come again!

Great way to spend an afternoon. Close to downtown Santa Barbara. You can wander along the Meadow, through the Canyon, the Redwoods and the Manzanita trees. Lots of different environments and their plants species to see and enjoy. Very unique.

An extremely immersive and serene nature experience filled with tons of native California plants. Many stone-paved paths and dirt trails, it’s can be easily strolled around or traversed as a moderate hike depending on your fancy

This place is wonderful!! We spent about 5 days exploring Santa Barbara. I hiked in the mountains nearby which were close to our place by the beach and great hiking. My wife doesn’t hike but the drive up to the Botanical Gardens is beautiful and gave her an idea of what I had seen on my adventures. The gardens are beautiful and walking thru them was as good as hiking I had done and gave my wife an idea of how beautiful this area is. Even better, they are dog friendly so Pippa the Golden didn’t have to sit in the car while we hurried thru but she got to walk with us. The people were lovely and helpful. Great place and well worth the price of admission. I would be a member if I lived there…

Beautiful property. If you want a great place to take a walk in nature without having to go on an actual hike, this is a great option. Most pathways are easily traversed and there are so many beautiful scenes to take in. Bring a camera to capture some nice pics. Overcast days and “golden hour” are great times for photos.
