Always have my exact room I want and ready no matter the time. They always have my specific water in the room & Always have a drip coffee maker in the room. Why? Because they get it. They study there guests and make sure they’re extremely satisfied. Valet and bell man are always 5*. Front desk always ultra prepared with no issues. I can’t stress this enough. Stay here and no where else. 5* A+++

This was absolutely the best experience I’ve had at a hotel ever! My wife stayed here while celebrating our wedding anniversary. They definitely made occasion more memorable! We were greeted by valet and bellhops to start. Upon checking in we were personally escorted to our room and provide champagne for the occasion. We found chocolate covered strawberries and personalized pillowcases! The Peninsula is the epitome of luxury! We will definitely be staying again!

I babysit frequently at the Peninsula. I'm always happy to sit there! Love the twinkle lights in the trees. It's always decorated for holidays! The lounge is beautiful, and there is a pianist in the evening. It's close to everything, and work's a Joy there!

Hands down one of best hotels in Beverly hills, outstanding service and attention, rooms are extremely clean and have all your needs on check, the bar has an incredible burger that needs to be tried and amazing vibe, if in Beverly hills please give this great hotel a chance, won't be disappointed

My wife and I stayed at the Peninsula as the first stop of our honeymoon.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The things that stood out were the attentiveness of the staff (especially the concierge that helped make restaurant bookings), the smooth airport pickup, the cleanliness of the room and the free use of their hotel cars (Rolls Royce, BMW). The lunch at the rooftop restaurant was also great.
We thought the breakfast could be improved as it was not the same level as the lunch in the rooftop restaurant. Similarly, the pool area was underwhelming. The gazebos have private TVs and Bluetooth speakers which give it a feeling of a pre game tailgate rather than a five star hotel.
Those are minor details in an otherwise fantastic stay!
