I am so happy I found this venue by chance. It was the perfect setting to host our wedding. The package is practically all inclusive so I didn't have to worry about a lot of things. Everyone was so helpful along the way. Our main coordinator on the day of was Kristen who treated us amazingly and made sure we stayed on schedule throughout the night. Claudia was also fantastic, she answered any and all questions through the planning process and guided us through any concerns we may have had. My husband and I are overall very satisfied with The Hacienda and highly recommend it if it happened to catch your eye.

I honestly can't express how much I LOVED having this venue throughout my wedding experience. My husband and I wanted a pretty easy one stop shop, all -inclusive wedding that would hook us up with all the equipment and support needed to have a nice wedding without any of the stress. The Hacienda more than delivered. We had a planning meeting about 3 months out, where we decided little details like the layout and the napkins, and then at our rehearsal we gave them all the personalized items we wanted displayed at the wedding and the seating chart, and they set them all up! They even have a variety of common signs that you are able to use for your wedding day. The day-of coordinator, Keisha, was patient and kind and made sure the day went smoothly very gently. At the end of the day, they packed everything up and helped my parents load them into the car.
Beyond just the excellent coordination and service and low stress, it is BEAUTIFUL there, incredibly charming southwest feel with magical-feeling twinkle lights that made me feel like a princess. You can't try the food before the wedding due to their policy, so it was a risk, but we chose the Southwest buffet and everyone raved about the food! I had been told countless times that on your wedding day, you'll be too busy to eat, but the coordinator made sure we got a taste of the appetizers, the salad, and a little of all the entrees and that we both had a little time to eat them all, and everything was SO good.
We were worried about rain having a January wedding, but lucky we were blessed with good weather. Hacienda reassured us though that they have heaters and options to move the seating indoors if needed. I highly recommend that you get married here, it was simply perfect.

We came for a wedding and banquet. It is a nice venue for a small wedding for no more then 70 people. The food was okay. It was buffet style. The reason we said it would be great for a smaller wedding is because some of the guest sat in separate rooms that didn't allow them to see the wedding party during dinner.

The Hacienda was the perfect venue for our wedding! It's located in a somewhat random part of Santa Ana, but the minute you step inside it's like a gorgeous secret garden. Our guests keep telling us how much they loved the decor, atmosphere, and food. The Hacienda is an all-inclusive venue, saving us thousands on things like cake, catering, bar staff, etc., not to mention the time to search for all those things and coordinate their setup. It might not be the best choice for couples who want to manage every part of their wedding down to the small details, but we were relieved by how much the Hacienda staff took care of. The venue is so beautiful that we didn't even bring in any decor or florals aside from the wedding party bouquets. It was cold and rainy on our wedding day but with the covered ceilings and heating lamps, our reception felt cozy. Christin and Art were our day-of coordinators and they handled all the details and rain plans with ease. Overall, the Hacienda has wonderful staff and is a great choice for couples who want an all-inclusive venue.

The venue has so many plants that are well cared for, so you hardly have to spend any money on decorations or flowers (unless you want to, of course). The package we chose included a lot of things like the food (which was quite good), tables, centerpieces, and champagne, so you are getting good value for your money! They take care of a lot of the hassle and have done several weddings previously, so they know what to do and when they should do it. They also have their own coordinators and planners, so you can also save a lot of money on the planning and day-of processes. Any questions that we had were answered very clearly and precisely.
The Hacienda is also pretty flexible and they were willing to accommodate our specific preferences for the wedding, but they had plenty of suggestions and they were organized so well that it was easy to plan and we could focus on other things. The staff was also friendly and well-trained, so they were prepared to handle any wedding hiccups. They also did a great job of keeping us on time and making sure that everything went smoothly.
We can’t recommend the Hacienda enough, they made our wedding a great one!
