I travel a great deal for wok. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Seriously. This is not a hotel you want to stay. The room was inadequate; housekeeping services non existent and when someone did show up to clean my room they left plenty of hair in the sink, toilet and the shower.
The flood in the hotel was the really bad, but really bad. Don’t take me wrong, great staff in the 555 Restaurant but horrible, unacceptable food.
Go someplace else, avoid this hotel at ALL Cost.

First off, the customer service is second to none. Super friendly, nice location, and priced right. Yes, it is surrounded by residential, but that isn't a negative, in my opinion. Felt safe and close to downtown LA. Plenty of eateries within walking/driving distance, we drove!

Nice newer hotel. Dear Management : Would you please replace some of the free weights in the fitness room? They are worn out or broken. Also, several free weight dumbells are missing. Some of the equipment needs cleaned or maintenance but overall it is a pretty good fitness room for the price.
The Cafe is nice. Reasonably priced and tasty. Chef Tony is also pretty good.

Very nice place to stay. 2 nice restaurants inside and a small breakfast place with good coffee. Rooms were clean and bathrooms are very big with extra large showers. Good amount of parking below. We had a expedition and parking spots were plenty big for it. If you need to do any work they had nice cubicles set up with computers and fax/copiers.

Sound proofing is so bad here. I could hear upstairs stomping and running from 10pm to 2am. Tried to complain three times to front desk but no use.
Room service was also very slow. They didn't give us any shower gel the first night. We had to call and follow up a few times before they delivered the shower gel. It took well over 30 minutes.
The room looks decent but if you look closer, it is very dusty.
