Water pressure is pretty low, so don’t expect a great shower. Room was spacious but mattresses were a bit too soft, but that’s subjective.
Izzy was a great help in bringing our bags up to our room. We appreciated his help greatly.

The staff is lovely - very kind and accommodating. We were accidentally mischarged and they fixed the issue promptly. Great location, especially if you're staying in the area for a conference like we were. We did accidentally have 2 bottles of conditioner in the room instead of a bottle of body wash, but that was probably just a quirk of the room. Valet price is not bad at $27 per day.

I would have to love to have given more stars, but unfortunately, I had a few complaints.
For being a fancy expensive hotel, my toilet clogged 2x during my stay. I got a lecture from the maintenance guy telling me what to not flush down toilets. While I realize this is his job, I'm not dumb either and I really didn't appreciate getting a lecture. The toilets shouldn't be clogging like that in my opinion.
If you stay on the 2nd floor near the open balcony to the lobby area, YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING SINCE IT ECHOES. You can hear the screaming kids, loud parties, talking, scraping chairs, etc....
Staff was great, rooms nice and modern. Parking garage near hotel.
Not many restaurants around the hotel, honestly my mistake on that.

My only and biggest complaint is that the walls are thin. I could hear everything from my room. I could hear people in the lobby and walking in the halls. I could not sleep it was very annoying. Other than that, it was fine, and I guess that I turned down the AC so that it could run and it seemed like it really didn't do anything like it had the options to control it but it was like you actually weren't really controlling it. So It was a little warmer than I liked it at night but not where it was uncomfortable.

This hotel was in a nice location as we were able to walk to the convention center quickly and safely. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and there was lots of space for a person on their own. I liked having a desk so I could work on stuff from my computer rather than having to lay in my bed. It was awesome being able to cast my phone to the TV so I could watch whatever on Netflix or Disney+. I do wish there were spots to refill my water bottle instead of having to buy a bottle or use nasty water from the sink (I didn't do either). The website advertises breakfast is available but that's not totally true because it has a limited restaurant that seems like they're just heating up something in the microwave. At least the area is clean and everyone is really nice. Oh, it is mandatory valet parking that is included in the nightly parking cost and they're quick at getting the vehicle.
