First off, I get it, construction sucks but I honestly wouldn't of noticed if I didn't see them up front. My stay was comfortable and staff were amazing. Cleaning staff were kind and helpful, and front desk was knowledgeable and attentive to what I needed. Restaurants within Hotel were quick and tasty, I mostly ate from their cafe and taproom and I enjoyed it. All in all, my room was clean, food was good, staff was kind and helpful the only thing I would complain about was that I didn't get told or know where pool or gym was... I was too embarrassed to ask😂😂 so maybe a map or brochure would've been helpful.

There aren’t a lot of things an airport hotel needs to get right to not be a total disaster. The guests are in transit, they’re exhausted, they want things to be easy. This place, somehow, fails in spectacular fashion.
For starters, the WiFi straight-up does not work. At all. Which, in 2025, feels like a minor crime. The first room they gave me? Not cleaned. At first, I thought they were just a little lax with the housekeeping—some crumbs on the floor, no big deal. But then I spotted the used rope (why?) and caught a whiff of the bed, which smelled so aggressively bad I had to switch rooms.
Then there’s the water pressure, or lack thereof. Sink, shower, all of it weak to the point of uselessness. And look, maybe that sounds nitpicky, but if a hotel can’t even provide a decent shower, what exactly is it doing?
The staff is kind and helpful though and they should not be blamed for any of this.

Attended a conference in Los Angeles...my wife decided to join me and was looking forward to using the pool and gym. We were not notified of those closures until AFTER it was too late to switch hotels. In fact, it's still listed on the Expedia page as a current amenity of the hotel. Upon check in we noticed that our first room that the sink did not drain. I called down and was told to gather our stuff after we had unpacked, come down and they would switch rooms. Room 2...We were placed in a room right across from the house keeping storage rooms...my wife said she heard people slamming the door until at least midnight. The next morning at 7:30 AM we heard and were awoken by yelling, loud voices coming from that open room...I looked out and that door was wide open...shouldn't the staff know people are sleeping by that room? I asked to change rooms, and we were moved to our third room. Due to building upgrades the power and water being turned off at different times during the course of our stay was an inconvenience. In the 3rd room when we returned back around 11pm on we discovered that the heater/Ac unit did not work at all...a maintenance person came up and took about 20 minutes to get it to work. Both of our keys stopped working and my wife had a challenging experience trying to get the front desk to redo her key while I was out. Hot water stopped working as well. The hotel refunded my destination charges which I appreciated but would have liked a night to be as well.

One of the best beds we've ever slept on in a hotel. And amazing bedding. Large newly renovated and clean room with a beautiful bathroom and great shower. The front desk extended our check-out by two hours for free. We will definitely use this hotel again on our next stop in LA.

This place is under renovation and smells strongly of chemicals, maybe rug glue or something. it's an OK option if you just need to sleep before/after a flight. Everyone who worked there was really really nice, but it seemed like it was in the middle of being renovated and no one was really sure exactly what was going on. The food options were terrible and the vouchers that the airline gave me barely covered a drink. Also, they only had the worst ad filled TV, no movie channels. I think corporate should look at what they're doing at this hotel and improve it. I'm just really glad that the airline had to pay for this accommodation due to flight delays. I would've been disappointed if I had to pay out-of-pocket.
