I am absolutely blown away by the level of customer service here. The staff genuinely care about their guests. My family has received the most caring, empathetic, and kind treatment ever. I have nothing but gratitude for everything everyone has done here. The location is quiet, views are beautiful, but nothing beats the customer service. Thank you again for all that you have done.

This hotel is perfectly located close to many great restaurants and shopping, etc. The staff is amazing, very helpful, and friendly. One thing I would suggest is for the hotel to add more vegan dishes to their menu.
I will definitely stay at the Sofitel LA again. And a huge thank you to their concierge for recommending an amazing vegan restaurant near by!

From the second you arrive, Enrique and his valet staff make you feel right at home. Front desk service is top notch, and the rooms are excellent. The restaurant and club within the property are quite impressive, and as a hotel guest, i enjoyed both jazz night and salsa night (which were both amazing). Pool and amenities are extremely chill and welcoming. Great choice everybody. I’d be surprised if you did not agree 👍🏼

My BC Sisters and I went on a trip in LA and spent our entire time at this hotel, and let me tell you, the staff were absolutely fantastic! They were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. I have to give a huge shout out to the breakfast team – they really made our mornings special with their warm welcome and outstanding service. Their delicious breakfasts were the perfect start to our days filled with adventures. Big thanks to Martha, Sandra, Eric, Nemo, Jose, and Leo for making our stay memorable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again just for the breakfast alone!
