Jul 11, 2022 It had been awhile since staying here and since there has been a wonderful update to the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and welcoming. Located within walking distance to Universal attractions (although they do offer a free shuttle). The room I enjoyed was large, comfortable and clean. Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. I ate breakfast in the restaurant by the pool and the food was very good and the staff attentive. This hotel is underrated in my opinion. It is a 4 star plus, if not 5!

Aug 21, 2022 Love the refreshed rooms. Modern design, comfortable and we had a good pool view. Stay was very comfortable and there’s a lounge for Platinum (and above) Elite members. Love the in room Starbucks coffee machine, as well as in the lounge. It’s also easy to get to Universal Studio with the regular shuttle service. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Will certainly come back for future trips.

Aug 22, 2022 My family and I went for a weekend recently to go to Universal. This was our first trip to Universal and we wanted a nice, close hotel with parking. The shuttle was nice but we found it was quicker to just walk ourselves instead of waiting for the shuttle that comes every 15 minutes or so. The food at the restaurant was good, my husband loved the steak. However the best part was the customer service. When we first arrived we had a corner room on the fourth floor. The room was okay, other than a weird handprint on the wall by the bed I think from the cleaning person maybe but the problem was for some reason the room was giving my husband bad vertigo. We stayed in there for a little bit to see if it got any better. He said it felt like the room was moving. We decided to stop by the front desk on our way out to dinner just to see if there was any way to change rooms to a different part of the hotel and they immediately let us change to a room out of the tower and into the area on the backside of the pool. They were kind and helpful and made our vacation that much better. I wish I could remember the name of the person who helped us but every person we encountered there were great.

Aug 15, 2022 After a long day of driving and getting into the hotel late, I was welcomed by Jerry. Possibly the most friendly, upbeat , helpful person i have ever encountered at a hotel. Maybe anywhere.
The room is fantastic and bed very comfortable.
Had a great steak at the bar with a few delicious cocktails.
Could not recommend this place more highly.
Will be staying here again every time I’m in town.

Nov 10, 2022 Really amazingly comfortable rooms. The bed! Love. Best sleep. Service was awesome and location to Universal is great. They even have a shuttle to take you if you don't want to walk. Which came in handy for us because it was pouring rain when we were visiting. Definitely would stay here again.
