We stayed in room #8 which smelled fresh and was very clean. Top notch all around.. view of Mt Shasta, walking distance to downtown McCloud, room was better than a new hotel, parked right by the room door.

Loved this cabin! It was the perfect location, clean, easy to access and close to food and the Ski Park! The host communicated multiple times before the trip and they had a handy website to help with arrival, departure, local food, activities and rules! Would 100% recommend and will be back for many more adventures!

Really loved the cedar 12 person room. Great for young kids. Tons of places to run around. Allowed us easy access to ski hill

Very nice place! It is on the edge of town so you have stores and restaurants in walking or very short drive distance. The location is extremely quiet, actually dead quiet. Great bed, actual reading lights, large bathroom and everything was exceptionally clean. We had a minor problem with the heater and there was a repair person there within 30 minutes. He promptly dealt with the issue. In the future rather than staying at the noisy and often tacky places along Interstate 5 we will make the scenic drive to McCloud and stay at the Shasta View Lodge.

Super clean and cute..so quiet, market and gas stations right across the street.
Provides all basic amenities!
Our bathroom door got locked with nobody inside on long weekend night and Angela the lodge staff helped us with a prompt service when no handyman was around.
She was super responsive with our emails as well.
Definitely coming back and recommending my keens!
