What a spectacular home! The architecture, furnishings and outdoor environment were exceptional! The (3) large bedroom/bathrooms with King size beds and lovely linens were an extra treat as was waking up to the warm glow of the sun rising on the nearby mountain range. Great walking/hiking nearby, a short drive to town, and of course, this home is immediately adjacent to a golf course.
Truly a privilege to have a home as well appointed as this available for rental.
Natural Retreats was delightful to work with as well, including great communication. They greeted us warmly upon arrival and made themselves available for any of our needs.
We are already planning our next visit!

This company has no idea how to manage properties. We rented a house in Sun Valley, ID only to have maintenance and landscape trucks show up two days in a row (out of 5) and start spraying pesticides and doing landscaping while we were trying to enjoy the property. I called the manager and they said they had no idea anyone was scheduled to come. This is a HUGE security concern for renters. Unknown people can just show up pretending to be staff and this is how robberies happen. Not to mention we did not appreciate having to curtail our breakfast because pesticide was being sprayed all over the patio. The house had scalding hot water that we had to figure out how to turn down to prevent injuries. Flickering lights. Rock hard old mattresses with old pillows and a broken clothes dryer. For $2500/night I expected a very different experience for my 40th birthday. I have rented many homes throughout the years and I am thoroughly disappointed in this experience and would NEVER book any property under this company again.

My family of 10 stayed at Ciao Bella Estate in Palm Springs for Spring Break in March 2024.
We found it a fun house with an interesting history in the Movie Colony, which has many large, older homes. The property has tall hedges and tall metal gates, making it feel very private.
It has a huge kitchen, 3 dining areas that could seat 10.
Beautiful pool and spa, and a wonderful tennis court.
Citrus trees of all kinds, delicious fruit.
And very comfortable beds.

We stayed at the Sand Acre Estate for the week of Thanksgiving. The property is beautiful and its location to the park and downtown is perfect. It is very private and has a huge lawn and tennis court. The pool was maintained and heated with a view of the mountains. The customer service at Natural Retreats was wonderful, thank you Sandi and Michael! We would stay at this house again and would also rent from Natural Retreats PS again.

Staying at this house was the perfect escape from the Seattle rain. Our favorite part was the pool! Comfortable lounge chairs on both sides, with umbrellas and side tables, made for the perfect lounging environment. The kids loved the inflatables and the soft towels. Pull out the corn hole and make fun drinks in the blender and there is no reason to leave!! The pool was cleaned twice during our stay so I know that it’s kept to the highest standard of maintenance. There was ample space for my family to chose their environment while still being in together. Rest assured- you’ll end the day in really comfortable beds! What a wonderful home!
