Alex at check in was friendly and welcoming; good vibes. Eric was very kind to help us with the luggage and escort to the room. Room decor was OK. The staff generally were hospitable. Room size was good. Bed and sheets provided good sleep. AC was very noisy though; I dunno how we slept through. Breakfast buffet was nice yet overpriced $33; there were leafy greens. And unfortunately they didn’t cook omelettes.

The hotel was great the rooms were wonderful and the beds were comfortable. They have good amenities in the room.
They also provide shuttle service to and from the airport every 15 minutes (24 hrs).
They have gym/pool inside the hotel which is decent. There is public car parking available in cheaper & walkable distance.

This hotel is conveniently located near LAX, and the shuttle service is great! This accommodation is an older property, like most of the hotels near the airport. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, but the accommodations have a tired look and need updating. On my return stay, the air conditioning rattled, making it difficult to sleep after a long flight. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a reasonable place to stay on an overnight layover. I just wish there were more options in that location.

This hotel is conveniently located near LAX, and the shuttle service is great! This accommodation is an older property, like most of the hotels near the airport. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, but the accommodations have a tired look and need updating. On my return stay, the air conditioning rattled, making it difficult to sleep after a long flight. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a reasonable place to stay on an overnight layover. I just wish there were more options in that location.

This hotel was great! I gave it less stars because of the experience we had and how the staff handled the incident! Our car was broken into and although security came to try and figure things out, they kept saying that they couldn’t see anyone in the vehicle… but they were able to see when we were at the car. I’m concerned! But we didn’t get a resolution!

Rooms are small and dusty. Shower curtains are terrible and the toilet itself is subpar.
Water is not included, but the hotel stated this is to save single use plastic. Seems like an excuse not to provide any water as obviously the other option is paper bottles or water fountains in common areas. There are fountains near the elevator but only small glasses are provided.
Lots of hidden fees given its near an “airport” location.
Only good thing is the bed which is fine and moderately clean.
