My first time at the quiet canyon I was very impressed with the clean facility. However, I think that the management should update the restrooms to the 21st century. But, most Paramount you'll enjoy the massive ballroom and wrap around patio for any event.

Beautiful venue, also incredibly convenient with a hotel right next to it. My clients (wedded couple) were able to get ready, change, rest, escape easily and comfortably at any time during their wedding day.
Staff is also great, catering/service staff were going above and beyond for my couple, too!

Went as guest & photographer for a friend. A beautiful venue for anything you need to do. The Food was wonderful we had filet mignon, and garlic chicken steak was done perfectly. Chicken good not dry. They also had punch & coffee all the time, was plentiful & kept up, unlike other place I have been. Once bar is open they usually ignore punch & coffee & since I don't drink was nice touch. As far as pictures not really many place to take photograph,as you are not allowed on golf course & who wants a memorial behind them in wedding pictures. Armenian massacre memorial is park like place there. I made do for pictures but could have been better for pictures.

We went to a luncheon for a group of about 85 people and had a choice of chicken, beef or salmon. The choices given when we paid, about 2 weeks prior. My mom and I chose the salmon and beef which was a thin ribeye steak. Both had a different sauce which were delicious and nicely done--steak was tender and pink, and salmon was still moist, not overdone. Dessert was chocolate cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Serving staff was attentive and professional.
