Paloma Resort: The Fireplace Patio

Exciting and fun, full of energy and style. Appreciated the quiet location to get away from the larger style hotels available. Not having to take an elevator to get back and forth to my room was a plus, location of pool was central to all rooms, bigger rooms included a fridge. Our room was very spacious and very comfortable. Great soft beds, large showers and walk in closets. Didn’t feel like the typical square hotel rooms. Recommend highly, you won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I stayed at the Paloma Resort the last week of 2022. We had an amazing time and loved the hotel. In particular, John at the reception desk provided outstanding customer service, which made a big difference in the quality of our experience. We especially appreciated this level of personalized, empathetic and professional service from somebody who's obviously very experienced in the hospitality business. The hotel room was really awesome, ample and beautifully decorated in Palm Springs style. The whole hotel is very well decorated and furnished, and has a great poolside restaurant and bar. We enormously appreciated the pool being open 24 hours, which is really good for people who come from a different time zone and makes Paloma shine above the rest (who apply unnecessary restrictions). We hope the hotel will extend this 24-hour policy to the gym, as a workout can be the best remedy after a long trip. Also it'd be nice for the bikes to be available after sunset since a ride in the residential neighborhood would be pretty safe and refreshing. Besides these details, the hotel quality and John's customer service definitely made for a 5-star experience and we will not hesitate to come back to Paloma in our next visit to Palm Springs!

Fantastic, personal service. Food was delicious! Love the decor—this little gem, the Paloma, has a personality of her own. Rooms were so clean & inviting. Loved the little sitting areas. I especially enjoyed not having to walk really far to get to the restaurant, spa, pool and bar areas. Thank you Paloma staff for a wonderful experience.

Can’t say enough about our experience here. We traveled with a dog which not only were they accommodating to, but actually went above and beyond to ensure he was happy and had enough treats :). The restaurant was delicious and intimate. ALL the staff super friendly and helpful. Setting is a perfect balance of hip yet quiet. Rooms spacious, clean and fun. Won’t bother staying anywhere else in the area, we’ll just come here. Thank you Paloma.

Loved this property. Was very close to friends so convenient. The barware great when it was open and enjoyed Sunday brunch at restaurant. I know it is newly opened and rooms were very nice and new. Pool area was relaxing. Price was reasonable as well. I would go back again, staff were great too.
