EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE = 3 stars ☹️
As an *employee* of Xanterra here at Oasis, it's been somewhat of a disappointment. They're little too strict about some things compared Yellowstone National Park (in. WY), where I worked the summer of 2022. Plus at Yellowstone I had a higher purpose as I call it: to protect and preserve the environment for the enjoyment of the people!
But here at Oasis it's just a job, like any other job. There is no higher purpose unless making money is your purpose, so good luck with that one!
