The Starlight Ballroom on the 12th floor boasts stunning 360-degree panoramic views of Los Angeles and Century City, including the Hollywood Hills, the glittering downtown, and on clear summer days, the Santa Monica beaches. Aug 15, 2022 I got the opportunity to stay at this beautiful hotel over the past weekend. The entire staff we encountered was friendly and engaging. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and special. The hotel and guestroom was clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the history and photographs throughout. The location of the hotel was perfect and the views were breathtaking. We enjoyed our private balcony all throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to visit again soon.

Aug 9, 2022 The decor and the feeling of the hotel are amazing. The decor is classic, old school Hollywood meets modern design. The room I stayed at did not have any carpeting which was a plus for me a beautiful hardwood floors. The staff was professional at all time. Was there for business the restaurant and the other lounging areas were great for my meetings. Pool and surrounding areas were very well ,maintained, high standard at all times. The parking is valet, so if you’re bringing the car be mindful of that. Very easy to get to. I will be staying here for my next business trip. I also saw plenty of family is enjoying the pool and the surrounding areas so it could be also good for hey family vacation, that wants personal service at a boutique luxury field to your lodgings. I highly recommend it.

Nov 1, 2022 Solomon stands out as the most genuine, kind, and caring staff member I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. His warmth and conversation made me feel so incredibly welcomed and valued. All of the staff were lovely and made our group determine that, when we return in January, this is where we will stay. I realize, as educators, we are not the high class land “important” people who typically select to stay here. Nevertheless, we were treated as equally important as celebrities because we are PEOPLE. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality! We will see you soon, my friends :).

Sep 26, 2022 Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The entire staff was absolutely fantastic and the property is beautiful! The Valet team was so on top of it and gave a very warm welcome upon arrival. The front desk staff was extremely accommodating and was able to check me in early. The restaurant was absolutely delicious. The IRD team was extremely kind and speedy with each delivery. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again and again!! Thank you Mr. C!!

Oct 22, 2022 Absolutely amazing property! And even better service! Every member of the team I interacted with exceeded expectations of what I would expect in a luxury hotel. The property itself had beautiful chandeliers, cozy couches near the bar and beautiful decor all around. I particularly enjoyed the warm welcome I received from Alana in the lobby and the bartender who made me the most delicious cocktail. I felt very much at home and would recommend this hotel to anyone planning on staying in the Los Angeles area.
