I've stayed here twice and have had nothing but good times. The lobby bar is nice and they make a good old fashion. The rooms are clean and offer a pretty good view of the mountains and downtown area. You have immediate access to the historic downtown area as soon as you exit the front door. I highly recommend checking out the Food Lab about a block away. I would not recommend venturing too far away from the historic area, though. The neighborhood could be a little rough. You shouldn't have any problems if you stay within a block or two from the hotel. The hotel is very safe and clean. They have security, and I felt safe leaving my car in their parking garage. I would definitely come back.

Nice hotel for the most part. Good location within walking distance of restaurants in the area. Don’t recommend driving an electric car and relying on your chance to charge your car if it’s not a Tesla. They only have 1 universal charging station and if it’s in use it will be in use all night. They have three Tesla charger but it’s never used when I stayed. They need more universal charging stations for their customers!

Overall some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Also the quality of the rooms and elevators are not so great. There's a lot left to be desired. There are better options in the area if you're looking for a room.

I travel a lot for business purposes but they were one of the meanest front desk people I’ve come across. I did not have any requests but genuine information questions and they did not even have the patience to understand the question and reply. Not just once but different staff in different shifts. For sub par rooms they can do better on hospitality.

I was talked rudely by a security guard and an employee on June 1 around 11 pm. I asked for help regarding a pass for an after party as my phone died as I used it to frantically look for my car key earlier and they just told me that I should have kept power on it. I told another employee and she was very understanding about the situation as the guard and the other employee should have helped or guide me somewhere to get my phone charged. I won't be using the Marriott for future business if they have workers like those two. Plus their liquid soap isn't good quality as it barely foams. The Hyatt Place is a better option as their employees had helped me with my phone.
