Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms adhering to a minimalist aesthetic. Mostly great views, especially when overlooking poolside or the marina area behind the hotel. Huge outdoor terrace and bar area accentuated by flaming torch lanterns to bathe you in a glow of warmth on those brisk nights while providing just the right amount of shimmering light. Other amenities include an open air restaurant located in the lobby that serves until the wee hours of the night, and a 24hr modern fitness center adjoining the pool area. A lazy 10 minute stroll through the affluent and safe surrounding residential area takes you straight to Venice Beach

A big hotel can become a home-from-home only if guests are treated like family or old friends even. First of all, the Valets were warm, helpful, and friendly. From when I checked in to the times I needed help during my stay, Fabiola was there to help me. Each and every time I went to the front desk she made me feel special. Lastly, Diego runs the coffee and pastry area. His warmth and good nature really helped me greet the day with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel!

This higher floor has pretty sunset view. However the noise isolation is a bit insufficient.
I think it would be great to come here in the summer instead of spring.

I chose the Marriott Marina Del Rey because of the location I preferred. VALUE began with my valet friend. Then Annabel made it so easy to check me into a perfect room. At the bar for food and drinks, Gary made my day with his upbeat and professional attitude. For added value, Samantha Lee stopped by to make sure that everything was perfect. And it was!

Hotel stay was good overall, but it (esp common areas) did appear quite dated as noted in other travelers reviews. Rooms were generally good though the aircon / heating settings never seemed to get it right.
