Amazing wedding! To begin with, our wedding coordinator Marla was the best! She really executed our vision and was on top of everything the day of the wedding! She missed no detail! The food was delicious, drinks were made fast & tasted great, service, and decoration were everything we could ask for and more! I Would recommend this venue to anyone with an upcoming event! I had my ceremony and party here and we planned it all in 6 weeks! We kept being told that our wedding was beautiful afterwards and that you couldn’t tell we planned it in such short notice! From the great parking space, to the cocktail area that our guests loved, the beautiful table decoration, great bartender who made delicious drinks! We had no complaints! Such an amazing time, we could not be happier with our experience!!

We had a great time hosting our wedding reception at La Hacienda. Our coordinator Marla made my vision come to life and ensured things went smoothly. Our guests had a great time, from tasty cocktails to a delicious dinner. The open venue was also great as everyone had space to do their own thing :)

We were initially drawn to La hacienda because of its stunning scenery and beautiful facilities. However, our experience was overshadowed by the staff's behavior, which was incredibly disappointing. For example, we sent the itinerary and all requested information weeks before; Linda was oblivious to any of the documents we sent the staff and at our final meeting only had printed out the insurance confirmation. We verbally repeated every detail of our itinerary and decoration arrangements, which we assumed everything was acknowledged and understood. The day of our wedding, staff was struggling to find the table numbers which prompted Linda to tell us that we never brought them, they were provided at the rehearsal but if they couldn’t find them we suggested them not to do the assigned seating to avoid any confusion, but it seemed that our suggestion caused her to be irritated at us, even after they were able to find them. Also, we made arrangements with a vendor for our wedding cake who arrived and while she waited for my family member to give her instructions on the decoration, Linda dismissed her immediately and told her she would have somebody arrange it for her, which she didn’t do. Her only response to us was that the cake vendor had been “waiting for a long time” and she decided to let her go despite the cake not being decorated and in the incorrect location. We understand it is very stressful being in charge of event preparations but this matter was not on her tasks, all she needed to do was let us know where the cake went and let the cake vendor handle the rest as we had agreed previously. Sadly, the problems didn’t end there. At the cocktail hour my guests were treated poorly when they made their way to the sitting area however there were no signs indicating that the area was closed as previously agreed. We ended up not cutting the cake because Linda refused to save part of it and told us they couldn’t do that due the table not being “big”enough to fit both parts. In order to avoid conflict, I told her I would have a family member cut it and all I needed was for them to pass it around, which Linda also refused. Annoyed at my requests, she rudely asked me how much cake I wanted to be saved, tired of her attitude I told her to forget it, that we weren’t going to cut it. After the party the cart that was supposed to help my guests descend safely to the parking lot (super important since I have elderly and physically impaired family members), with my grandmother and my impaired aunt already seated in the cart, they were instructed to get down because apparently time had ran out and they couldn’t transport them despite not having discussed a time limit of this service in previous meetings. In short, everything that happened was very disappointing it was supposed to be a very happy and enjoyable experience for us and for our guests. I know things don’t always go the way you planned them, but I would expect the venue staff and coordinator Linda to all be on the same page with their protocol and procedures but the staff would contradict each other. It would have alleviated some confusion if the information was reviewed during the multiple meetings and implemented. Furthermore, even the attitude we received doesn’t hold as much relevance with us but treating our loved ones poorly is truly unacceptable, that is something we can’t dismiss. We hope this venue takes feedback like ours seriously, people choose this place to celebrate the most important times of their lives, they should be able to remember it with fondness and gratitude instead of leaving with a tainted memory.

I just got married Dec 2023 & it came out beautiful! Marla was super sweet and helpful with everything. I did not have any stress throughout the whole day! I would 100% recommend La Hacienda. They provided about 80% of the stuff for the wedding which was super helpful. Loved my experience

La Hacienda was an amazing venue! We didn’t want to feel trapped inside a venue we got the best of both worlds still a little cover with the outdoor fresh air. Marla (the best coordinator) from beginning to end! She was tentative to detail, quick responses to my emails, she really made wedding planning a breeze. The all the staffing so friendly, willing to go above and beyond, bartender was full of excitement and showed us a good time. The shuttle service is top tier and super convenient to our guest. The food was amazing! I never had so many compliments about the food being sooo good.
