We had a great stay here as we flew in from Hawaii to take in a 49ers vs. Patriots game at Levi’s. This hotel is so convenient to the stadium and only about a 15 minute walk. Rooms were comfy and service was great. They also have good food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Check out the pool too on a warm day. 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

We stayed at this hotel for a 49ers game. There is no better place to stay for a game. It's literally across the street. The service was great and the parking was very smooth for such a busy time. The hotel is a bit dated and in need of a renovation. The walls are thin so we could hear our neighbors so clearly that I knew their names (I could hear them yelling at their crying children well into the evening). The carpets are worn in the halls and in the rooms. The beds and pillows were comfortable and it actually looked like the bathroom had been renovated. The outlets were not working by the beds but luckily they added a fantastic outlet extender that held 6 devices. Overall, we would stay here again. Hoping they renovate the floors soon.

Decent bones but recent renovation already feels dated. Great amenities like market and fitness center but no club. The pool has full service but the entire area becomes an unsupervised daycare with children directly disrupting other guests. Smelled cigarette smoke occasionally in room, bathroom layout small for a Regency. Walkable to transit a plus, overnight parking expensive and inefficient/full.

This is a typical chain hotel. It is a good place to stay if you don't have high expectations. The room is spacious and relatively clean. The service is good. Comparable to any Marriott chains.

DO NOT STAY! Absolute rip off. Two night stay. After surprise fees and taxes was $1100! Yes it was during a NFL game. But that is insane. When I booked it. I paid and and went on my way. I did not see that I was paying for half the stay. So yes the surprise was on me. I just never could have imagined the bill was going to be $1100. That is not even logical.
Plus surprise surprise... they will bill you for hotel towels even when you return them. And it is a surprise bill a few days later.
Now location is fantastic if you are going to a 9'ers game. However your bathroom will lead you into a time warp, back to 1972. And don't be surprised by a 2 star cleaning in your room. I guess the previous guests socks were a peace offering for the cost!
Also allow your self 30 minutes anytime you need to speak to staff. Check in and asking for an extra towel; both took over a half an hour. I am expecting another surprise bill for the extra blanket.
Save yourself a mortgage payment and stay a few blocks away. Give an Uber driver a few bucks instead.
Update: Interesting. I left a honest and true review. They sent a wonderful response about how much they care and asked for further conversation. And... shocking... No response. They sure care about money and not their customers.
