Ideal location in Mountain View near Los Altos. It's close to everything... grocery stores, movie theater, Target, Walmart, restaurants and more. The rooms are large and very clean. The pool is great and there are plenty of places to sit and eat or drink in the lobby. Hilda, at the front desk, is accommodating and friendly. Will come here again

The pool is great and there are plenty of places to sit and eat or drink in the lobby. Hilda, at the front desk, is accommodating and friendly. Will come here again

Stay at your own risk…if you have a room facing the sun be prepared for your room to be scorching hot regardless if you AC is on or not. If you like quietness in your room..good luck as the walls and ceilings are paper thin. I was woken one morning at 0600 to what sounded like someone wearing clogs pacing back and forth in their room above me. I was surprisingly shocked to find out that hotel quiet hours are from exactly 0600-2300. Very unique quiet hours by the way, but I digress. To add to the foot pounding above me I was lucky enough to be included in my above neighbors conversation as well. Again if you are looking for a nice comfortable quiet stay…I would choose another establishment.

I stayed one night at Hyatt Centric Mountain View, and overall, I was very satisfied. The front desk staff were very friendly, and there is a restaurant and bar in the lobby with a happy hour. As a Hyatt Discoverist member or higher, I was pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary Fuji Water in the room. The room was very clean, with a nice design, the bathroom was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and Stanford Shopping Center is a bit further away, making it very convenient.

Really enjoyed my stay there. The room was quite spacious. Aircon worked perfectly: quiet, and keeping the right temperature, not too hot, not too cold. And the hotel staff was super helpful. I like my tea from ceramic mugs, and they were happy to accommodate.
One thing to note, the restaurant is closed Sunday evenings. But there are plenty of places to eat around. Also, there is a Safeway nearby, if you need water or some medicine or snacks.

Rooms are really nice, the hotel itself is nice as well. However, the food is very overpriced and not very good. Also and most upsetting is we got charged $14 for water bottles that we never drank. When I called to inform them of their mistake they said they will take it up with house keeping and I never heard back.
