This hotel is pretty good for the price. Stayed here almost a week ago and was pretty satisfied. You're VERY close to most stores and restaurants. Staff was always nice. Housekeeping checked in everyday when u needed them. Only thing I have to say is about the air unit in the room. Evert time it switched on, it sounded like a bad motor was starting up. Unfortunately, it's the summer so we needed it on continuously. Definitely woke me up at night. But other than that, it was a good stay.

We stayed at the Metropole for four days while attending a wedding on the island. Everything was nice and in order and the air conditioning worked great. The staff was friendly and the Continental breakfast had pretty good selections and a couple of different juices and coffee.

This hotel is very nice. Our rooms were surprisingly ready at 230 do we were able to drop our luggage and check in instead of having to have them hold it until check in. We were very grateful for that. Room was very spacious and clean.
My 2 complaints are very minor and insignificant really to our trip or experience. 1. The balcony door is difficult to lock. 2. The TV did not seem to be working. Not a big deal, but we did have 2 little kids who would have been quieter at bed time with one. I would definitely return.

This hotel is very nice. Our rooms were surprisingly ready at 230 do we were able to drop our luggage and check in instead of having to have them hold it until check in. We were very grateful for that. Room was very spacious and clean.

Unfortunately, I have to give the hotel a low score based on the price and issues with the room. Paying over $700 a night to stay in the "VIP" wing of hotel, the A/C was not working and a portable unit was in the room along with a fan, but had to run constantly to keep the room cool (loud when trying to sleep). Sliding screen door to the Juliet balcony didn't close all the way, so bugs could come through. No tea for the Keurig machine. Not everyone drinks coffee! No room service, no local transportation to things only a couple miles away. Hot tub on the roof was dirty and filled with sand.
It was nice to have bottled water in the room, but the taste/brand was nasty. I will definitely stay at another hotel on my next trip to Catalina.

Not too bad a 15-minute walk from the ferry. Scenic Views were okay. Rooms were petite but perfect as I rarely was in my room. The jacuzzi looks like a snow globe. Everything from Gift Shops , Restaurants, Bars to Nightclubs were all within walking distance.
