Could not find a better location, outstanding. Lovely courtyard pool area, very quiet nice padded pool recliners. The staff was very polite and helpful. Just a really relaxing atmosphere. The food was good they provide bikes free to use. Pool was clean and inviting. One thing I love is they keep all the fire pits lit, you never have to ask.
They put on a fried chicken dinner and it was spectacular! So fun so so awesome (see pics)
The bad side was my room was absolutely horrible, trash trucks every other day, noise from the gate, workers talking etc,(not their fault of course) honestly this was top 10 worst rooms I’ve stayed. Just be sure not to get this room I think it was 12 or 14

WOW! Holiday House was amazing. It was only a short stay for us but it exceeded our expectations and beyond. From the complimentary cocktail to the wonderful pool and outside area to the wonderful features of the room (more than what you can think of). The staff are so friendly, nothing seems like a chore. Whenever we come to Palm Springs, this will be where we stay. It was absolutely perfect.

WOW! Holiday House was amazing. It was only a short stay for us but it exceeded our expectations and beyond. From the complimentary cocktail to the wonderful pool and outside area to the wonderful features of the room (more than what you can think of). The staff are so friendly, nothing seems like a chore. Whenever we come to Palm Springs, this will be where we stay. It was absolutely perfect.

I have no idea how this place is rated highly. When I made a reservation months ago for my birthday, I reserved a “Best” room for more space and a Mountain View. The room they put us in (12) has a view of the parking lot (you can practically touch the cars) and is directly opposite a bathroom and the maids closet. When we went back to the front desk to ask to see if there was a better room, we were immediately shut down and rudely told that we were already in their best available. When we asked again the next morning, we were then told that they “made a mistake” at check in and were put the wrong room. I would expect that a quality resort would have proactively done something about it but this place apparently doesn’t care.
We also signed up for the “special” Thursday fried chicken dinner. Food was OK but the overall experience was disappointing - the service was family style and with each course the table was shorted of some item and ran out of food prior to everyone being served.
This place is honestly an old motel that feels like lipstick on a pig. Wish I reserved somewhere else.

THE place to stay in Palm Springs. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and charming. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. It has great service, a great vibe, and the decor is fun and kitschy. Loved

Beautiful property that is very well managed!
My boyfriend stayed here before and was so excited to take me back with him. It did not disappoint! The manager Chris is very prompt at dealing with guest needs. We stayed in a “best room” and the room was beautifully designed with a lovely balcony and gorgeous bathroom with a spacious shower and tub.
We spent time having drinks by the pool and had a lovely time interacting with the other guests. Everyone was in such a good mood :-) It’s truly a little slice of paradise!
