This was a Birthday/ Vacation trip for my 14 year old daughter 🎊 She had a blast. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast food was amazing. Valet service was quick and easy access to the freeway. Walking distance to the Santa Monica Pier. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved everything about this hotel. It was very clean. The staff was super helpful. The minute that we arrived valet was also super helpful. We did order room service one night. It came exactly how we ordered it. Just a great overall experience I wish I would’ve gotten a chance to use the pool, but we were so busy running around. I did get a chance to use the fitness room. It was wonderful. Loved the location it was five minutes from Santa Monica pier

I loved everything about this hotel. It was very clean. The staff was super helpful. The minute that we arrived valet was also super helpful. We did order room service one night. It came exactly how we ordered it. Just a great overall experience I wish I would’ve gotten a chance to use the pool, but we were so busy running around. I did get a chance to use the fitness room. It was wonderful. Loved the location it was five minutes from Santa Monica pier

I stayed here with my Sister and niece and I am only reviewing the property as I paid for none of it so I can’t give insight on pricing. Valet was quick and efficient. They have an outdoor pool on the 3rd floor with plenty of seating in the area. No hot tub that was disappointing for one of the kids and myself. There is a restaurant on site if you don’t feel like going out, but it’s a bit pricing compared to other food options in the area. But you pay for convenience. Location wise it’s maybe a 8 to ten minute walk to the pier and maybe the same to the downtown shops. It’s really not a far walk and kept us active and not having to worry about parking in the city. The room we were in was nice and the only wish I have is that in addition to the mini fridge that they had a microwave in-room also. You can store leftovers but can’t reheat them. I didn’t hear people through the walls or overhead so that’s a positive. Also I appreciate that the tv allowed us to plug in our Nintendo Switch easily with no restrictions to keep the kids entertained. Depending on pricing I’d definitely stay here again.

Exceptionally clean hotel with extremely helpful and friendly front desk personnel. Location was great. Great lobby just to sit and relax. Breakfast croissant from restaurant was delicious and huge. Shrimp tacos were also delicious. Hotel is not so busy that we ever felt overwhelmed. I will definitely be returning.

Exceptionally clean hotel with extremely helpful and friendly front desk personnel. Location was great. Great lobby just to sit and relax. Breakfast croissant from restaurant was delicious and huge. Ok - I don’t understand the negative reviews at all. I did end up staying in a king suite with a fantastic view of the pacific ocean. My room was 738 if someone wants to request that one specifically. Extremely clean hotel, great drinks at the bar and this hotel is within walking distance to the pier, restaurants, and stores. Ask for Sergio during your visit. This young man ensured that our work meeting was a success. I jokingly asked for a blanket one evening while in the lounge and Sergio delivered two blankets!! Best customer service I have received in a very long time. I forget the bartenders name but she was excellent as well and very sweet. You’ll enjoy staying here.
