We spent a lovely evening at Mattei's Tavern. We started with a cocktail in the "Cowboy" bar next to the cozy fireplace. Bartender had excellent cocktail recommendations. Dinner was excellent. The salads were fresh, calamari crisp, and the duck was delicious (cooked to perfection). Dont skip the dessert - we did and regretted it. I look forward to a return visit in the near future.

We had an exceptional time at Mattei’s. We went for our “babymoon” and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome & truly made it such a memorable experience. Upon our arrival, Dante, the front desk manager, organized two darling gifts for our twins-on-the-way, as well as a gift for our 2 yo daughter. He also had non-alcoholic champagne sent to our room with a handwritten note. It was such a thoughtful, generous, and special way to welcome us to the property. Joe and Chris at the front desk were also very accommodating, as was Elizabeth, who gave us a generous late check out. Maya at the Tavern was very personable and generous with her time. Everyone we interacted with was kind, welcoming, unassuming, and very helpful. The grounds are meticulously maintained and just simply beautiful, food was delicious, rooms were spacious and decorations were thoughtfully curated, service from all staff members was spectacular, location was super convenient, and overall it was an incredible stay. We will *absolutely* be back, and we hope this review finds its way to management so they can recognize and reward their staff members across the board for creating an exceptional guest experience.

What an absolute fabulous weekend getaway. The resort is gorgeous. The staff is exceptional. We did a daily hike, walked to wine tastings, enjoyed a glass of wine by the many fire tables and ate fabulous food. This is honestly one of the best weekends I’ve ever had. We will most definitely be back. Get the burger or the chicken sandwich for lunch and the rotisserie chicken for dinner. 10/10 amazing place. Thank you for an incredibly relaxing time away.

We attended a wedding here. The grounds were beautiful the Barn is historic and gorgeous! The food was hands down the best sit-down dinner I've ever had at a wedding. The service staff were amazing and no detail was spared. The rooms are a little pricy though but very cute

Our server James was fantastic! The food was, of course, delicious! And we did order cocktails... which were unique and delicious, too! And, as a bonus, we bought their "Mattei's Tavern" branded lotion that we fell in love with after using their restrooms. Even though the complex was closed for an event, the Gift Shop was able to provide exceptional guest service and delivery the product to our car. We'll be back!
