Pros:
-Conveniently located in a safe location just minutes from the airport.
-Front desk, restaurant, and valet staff were friendly and welcoming. Shout out to Joanna for being helpful when I had questions about charges on my bill.
-Room was clean and spacious.
Cons:
-Hot tub was broken during the entire duration of our stay. We were really looking forward to taking advantage of this amenity after long days in the city.
-Service at the restaurant is very slow, even when very few guests were dining.
-Could hear traffic from our room through the windows.
-Valet parking is nearly $50+ daily.
-When reaching out to the hotel management, nothing was done to address my concerns.
Update: 3/1 - hotel management followed up and resolved my concerns so I am updating the overall rating.

My husband and I stayed here last weekend and it was honestly the best experience. It’s close to everything and the drop off / pick up location is right by the front desk which is right by the bar. Everything is so convenient. Everyone is very friendly and the room was extremely clean. We will definitely be staying here whenever we visit LA from now on. We are so impressed

I will stay somewhere else next time. Valet is required and it takes too long to get your car back. Not a big deal unless you need to leave the hotel spontaneously at a peak time. I’d recommend 1 or 2 more drivers during peak times, but I understand staffing is always a challenge. I’m still lifetime Hilton, but I just need to stay at places which allow a bit more freedom/flexibility when you need to jet quick.

I attended a Retirement Dinner here.
The space was just right, service was OK
For this night was Full to Capacity. They did their best. I say this only because the food was a little late coming out. Water flowed & Someone Did greet the table & asked How everything was.
The Valet people were on their jobs, courteous & Quick, both coming & going.
It was a Huge crowd
But, they kept it flowing... Good job guys !!

The parking attendants were awesome. Their professionalism and attention to detail was helpful. Each interaction was pleasant. John appeared to be the supervisor (I assume based on how accommodating he was) and ensured I had all the information I needed as I headed to my destinations. I must also give acknowledge the kindness and professionalism of Garcia and Noe
