Gilroy Lodge On the Hill

We visit this lodge often on our way thru and typically enjoy it. Quiet and sat atop a golf course. But it seems recently they allow full-time residents. I don’t mind “semi permanent” for work purposes. But the lodge tells me these folks just live here and have to move every seven days. But feels more like a trailer park now and not becoming of an Elks lodge with RV amenities for visiting Elks. May try Hollister or Salinas next trip :/

My nephew got married to his childhood sweetheart here. A beautiful outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. Very lovely venue with picturesque landscapes. Overall one of the few venues where you get more than you pay for.

Attend for women's meeting, atmosphere well lighted, comfortable, food is superb, as well as food team. Beautiful scenery through large windows. Easily accessible.

The management are so rude. There was no air-conditioning on 97• day. Bride didn't know until that day. Paid so much money had to do clean up. The food was good. We had a great time. But think twice before booking here. I would never recommend this place.
