Other choices include the old Japanese Tea House, a calm setting for intimate ceremonies or as a private bridal party preparation room, and the Exedra Plaza Fountain, a spectacular focal point of the park that can accommodate 180 guests. The location offers a wide range of furniture, such as cocktail tables, round and banquet tables, 200 white chairs, and more. Additionally, the venue has ample of parking, including 30 spaces reserved in the Community Hall lot and extra street parking, and basic patio lighting for guests. Events can be held at the location from 8:00 am to midnight, and music with loud sound is permitted until 11:00 pm indoors and 10:00 pm outdoors. Couples can select their favorite caterers, decorators, and other service providers, and a $1,000 security deposit is needed at the time of booking. Beer, wine, champagne, and up to two unique cocktails are permitted with prior approval under the flexible alcohol laws. In addition to maintaining the restrooms and setting up tables and chairs, the on-site team also provides assistance when needed throughout the event. For a little price, rehearsals can be planned up to ninety days in advance.
