Dec 19, 2023 Beautiful and cozy auditorium! The acoustics are impressive, and the intimate setting makes the audience feel closer to the artist. The only downside are the seats, not the most comfortable. For parking, would recommend the Grace Cathedral Garage, less than a block from the entrance for $50. And arrive with time to spare as there can be a long line for security check and to buy foods/drinks. Enjoy the show!

Nov 23, 2023 First time at this venue. Pack your patience. Lots of traffic. Very long line of cars to get into the paid parking garage. Long walk to get from the parking lot to inside the venue security checkpoint and then on to our seats. Ushers are available to help direct and / or escort to seats. Clean bathrooms available. Long lines to purchase from vendors onsite. Its time music event was awesome. Sound was clear and crisp with huge screens to enhance viewing experience. Would come here again but leave home much earlier to give time for traffic, parking, walking and lines.

Dec 3, 2023 Great time at tonight’s show at the Masonic Auditorium with Trevor Noah! Pretty venue and decent seating although we had to keep moving my head to avoid the head in front of us! We bought their sodas and had tried their chips and popcorn for dinner (we arrived late because of the traffic and security & metal detector check). We bought our tickets one year ago, but so glad we went during Christmas time to see all the pretty holiday lights. I love San Francisco especially during the holidays. Enjoy yourself! 🥂 Cheers!!

Oct 17, 2023 If you can manage the hill it's a great venue for a show. Not a bad seat in the house. The floor can be difficult to see from if you're shorter.

Bring ear-,plugs ... you'll need em.
The bands were awesome (especially Manchester Orchestra).
There was no-one on the audio mix board for the first two groups ... I guess they didn't pay for that option.
