Excellent atmosphere and service. Ordered the salmon which was very good. 4 stars because the drinks are wildly overpriced ($20 for a drink I’ve had better elsewhere for $12). Otherwise a great experience. Expect to spend at least $130 for 2 people with entrees, app and a drink each.

After seeing all the lovely and amazing photos of this place from fellow Yelpers, we jumped on the chance to dine here when we saw Firefly was one of the DineLA restaurant week restaurants.
Booked this place a week ago and we got a perfect table next to the fire place. The restaurant decor is amazing. It gives a wow factor to the whole atmosphere inside with a romantic feel.
After dropping off our car with valet, we couldn’t find the entrance as there was no sign of the restaurant. But I remember some Yelpers mentioned an iconic black door. So we took a chance and went in through the black door.
Once inside and seated, our friendly waiter came and offered us a pair of rose bobbly wine. As we were there for the dineLA menu, he quickly took our order.
We started with a salad and the cauliflower soup. The soup was very tasty with bacon and nuts. As for the main courses, we had skirt steak and a striped bass. Both were delicious and artistically platted. I loved the bass with mashed purple yum. The yum pure was sweet and smooth which was a perfect complement to the fish.
Our desserts were coffee cake with ice cream and a berry pastry I liked the coffee cake better as the ice cream goes well with coffee flavor lava cake.
The whole evening was a magical experience. It’s a perfect venue for date outing or birthday celebration. We’ll be back to celebrate something here.

A most stop place, the outside doesnt give much away but once you walk in that door everything changes. The place is stunning we got there a little early and we waited in the lounge area with access to the full menu we had some amazing drinks from the bar. We waited very long seems as they forgot us but we enjoyed our time and not even realizing that 25 minutes had passed. Once we were seated our beautiful waitress i dont remember her name but im sure she had red hair, she was amazing and had some recommendations. We did have the special the 4 course and order from the regular menu everything we had was amazing 👏🏻 we kept drinking also. The appetizers were good size and very flavorful and the main course was also tasty. We continued and order 2 desserts and i have to say its the worst desserts ive had. Not only do they taste as they were made very early during the day but you taste the refrigerator the desserts. The way the desserts came you can see, smell and taste that they are not fresh or properly secure.

Booked this romantic place to celebrate bestie’s birthday . Stay pretty crowded o the weekend. Reservation is strongly recommended.

Ambience is nice and delicate but I’m not sure if they don’t have sufficient manpower resulting in Service delayed.
