Edith and Guera were very helpful. They made sure everything was set for the big day.
Because of their help, my mother-in-law's 60th birthday party was a huge success. We would definitely recommend them!

I was invited by my boss to go with her to attend a Debut 18th Birthday. Place is huge. Really nice. The food was okay not that great but it was okay. Funny thing was, they started cleaning up the plate and remove the wine glass even though we were not done. I guess they have a time limit. But it was kind a downside of it. Overall the place is okay.

Party for 70th birthday. Although the staff were nice, they did not provide anything for appetizers, cake items or utensils and they did not let us know we had to bring our own items. We had to send family members out during the party to go get small plates and utensils, even when I offered to pay extra for more plates/forks. I just found it strange that they had nothing to spare (not even disposable ware), even if I were to have to pay extra. The place is able to accommodate parties of up to 200 and we were only a party of 65. All in all, it was a nice event, but the Events Center was not very accommodating. I just want to be transparent based on the feedback that I got from my family. Cathy is very nice and pleasant to speak to, but the process of the event was not the best.

We just had our mom’s 60th surprise party here. It went great! Kathy was so helpful throughout the entire planning part and on the day of the event. The staff treated us and our guest very well. We chose the Mexican plate for dinner. The food was great!! We also got the cake from them and that was also delicious. The venue was set up exactly how we wanted and asked for. We were more than happy with how everything turned out. Kathy and team you did an amazing job delivering our requests. 10/10 recommend.

From start to finish, they provided outstanding service and professionalism. The staff were very helpful in helping me plan out my event from beginning to end, and gave me advice on what would work best for my needs. They also made sure that all deadlines were met so everything ran smoothly on the day of the event.
On top of this, there were no hidden fees or any issues during the date itself which meant I didn't have to ask for help along with an extra hand from an additional planner or coordinator as everything went according to plan without any hiccups whatsoever! This definitely saved us time and money in having someone else come in just to make sure things ran as expected - it was great not having that added stress!
Overall, Complaining the haul did exactly what they promised; providing professional services at reasonable prices without compromising quality nor customer satisfaction which is why I will definitely be using them again when needed! Their attention-to-detail combined with their commitment towards excellent customer service makes them one of my go-to companies whenever I'm looking for a haul reliable moving forward.
