We are currently staying at this property while we visit Disneyland. Not only is the location of this Hotel perfect but this hotel is awesome. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very roomy. Great staff. Very helpful. I will absolutely be coming to this hotel again. The restaurant on the property's staff and convenience store worker were so helpful and so kind.

The hotel was great! The pool was great! Although the pavement around the pool was QUITE hot when we were there. The hosts at the front were very kind and very courteous. The parking is $25 per day. Beds were quite stiff. Just be aware of that. The hotel was very quiet. Of course, we had a suite with a separate bedroom, so possibly we just didn't hear the noise outside the door. But being on the top floor, it helped not have to hear noise above us as well. All-in-all, it wasn't a bad trip. It was a pleasant stay.

The hotel was great! The pool was great! Although the pavement around the pool was QUITE hot when we were there. The hosts at the front were very kind and very courteous. The parking is $25 per day. Beds were quite stiff. Just be aware of that. The hotel was very quiet. Of course, we had a suite with a separate bedroom, so possibly we just didn't hear the noise outside the door. But being on the top floor, it helped not have to hear noise above us as well. All-in-all, it wasn't a bad trip. It was a pleasant stay.

I have stayed here twice, once back in 2019 and again right now. Both trips were lovely and met all expectations. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is helpful and friendly, the housekeeping service is attentive. Warm, delicious cookies upon check-in, a decent little coffee shop downstairs with some pastries. This hotel is in a great location, very close to the Anaheim convention center, restaurants, a Target, and Disneyland. All of that is walkable within 15-20 minutes in the breezy California weather. All in all a great experience, plus I believe this is one of the more affordable hotels in the area.

The hotel is well maintained, staff are amazing (Robert from Front Desk is exceptional, Kimberly from the restaurant deserves a pay increase from demonstrating 100% Customer Satisfaction). However the hotel needs a make over. We booked a junior suite and room that has mild lingering scent of cigarettes. The room has a non-smoking sign but you can just tell that the cigarette smoke has already permeated the walls which can only be removed by major make over. Nonetheless, it’s near good restaurant (Morton’s Steak House)and Disney Land.

During my August stay I experienced various issues. The small issues: Asked the room to be turned and only the sofa bed was turned. The blanket was never replaced and had to wait an hour for one to be brought up. The laundry soap dispenser was empty. Had to wait for a worker who didn't bother getting off her cell phone to give me detergent that I paid for. Then the keys stopped working to access the elevator.
Big issue: This led to great frustration and I needed to go to the clerk to get new keys. I tossed the keys on the customer counter. This was no where near the clerks counter or the clerk. Then I get attitude from a clerk whining "don't you throw your keys at me." I said those keys are no where near you, this is the customer counter to be used, and don't give me attitude. This brought more whining and arguing from the clerk. His behavior was not acceptable.
I immediately filed a complaint with the Diamond line. I was told I would receive an email from Hilton. Hilton told me the manager would contact me during my stay. I never received any email or communication. Yesterday called Hilton customer service and found out the hotel denied any such events happened. One it is shameful that Hilton would close a complaint without contacting me and more shameful that the hotel would make such a statement without reaching out to me by email. If this property is relying on the blond clerk's word on this, I say if there are cameras, look at the video tape!
I clearly will NOT be staying here again. I will be coming back to the area in June 2023 and I hope the manager will be available so I can tell him to his face what happened.
