It was ok. The rooms were hot. Had to ask for a fan. Got charged $75 more for a dog. The room service was good. The shower we had was just wide open and got everything wet. The fire pit needed an engineer to start and stop. Too hot anyway. Far from Palm springs.

This hotel is horrible!!!!!!
I have a service dog. I have a doctor's letter and a service dog certification.
But, my dog barked, but charged for $75. They say it's a pet-friendly hotel, but it's not.
The lady named cyndee ,She’s was very rude to the guests and racist towards me because I am Asian. She’s white
I will never come back to this hotel and I will tell people around me not to. So please don’t go there!!!

This hotel is horrible!!!!!!

The room here is extremely spacious they are very big. Plenty of room to relax. They have a bar here that gets hopping at about 5:00 p.m. the staff is very nice and the food was very good. Shout out to Carlos who took care of us at the bar. They have a good size pool here but it was a little too windy for us to go in. The front desk and other staff was great they were very nice and helpful. The fact that they give you free chocolate chip cookies can't be all bad also. They have a welcoming happy hour around 4:00 p.m. or so with a bunch of appetizers that was very nice. The location of this place however it's not the best there's really not much around. With this said with Uber you're close to everything.

Rooms are small. Carpet is dirty. Air conditioning is loud. Beds are not comfy. Housekeeping is no good. Staff is nice. Pool is good. Recommend to stay maybe just for a day, tops 2 but no more than that. The only thing I loved about this hotel is that you get to put your netflix account and actually watch movies in there!

I’ve stayed here probably around 10 times within the past 6 years. I LOVE staying here! Never have I ever had a bad experience… the rooms are always clean, view from the balconies are beautiful, the beds are comfy, the pool is big, the hotel itself is updated, the pool bar is nice, food at the bars are yummy, hotel staff are always polite and friendly, the list goes on. It’s suitable for both couples or families. They also give you cookies when you check in. :) And you can use their bikes in the lobby which is fun as well.
The only complaint I have is the amount of chairs available at the pool; families visit during busy season and kids will take chairs and play in the pool the whole time. I unfortunately had to put my stuff in a corner and stay in the pool the entire time, couldn’t sit down anywhere. Thankfully i’ve stayed here enough to know that it was just a rare inconvenience, but It could definitely draw people away in the future. More chairs wouldn’t cost much and would make a huge difference. Otherwise, this hotel in my opinion is more like a 4 star hotel than a 3 stars. I’ve stayed at the Ritz carlton in Palm Springs and it wasn’t as nice as this hotel. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.
