I own a luxury cleaning company and clean for a luxury resort, I can say I’ve stayed in $800 rooms where “cleaning” was still an issue. BUT this place takes CLEANLINESS, customer service, and it all to Luxury standards.

To clean. That was not a problem here. Not even a single piece of hair on floor in the bathroom missed, not a single piece of hair on linen, linen pressed and smell cleaned and processed well. Whoever cleans this place DO NOT LET THEM GO, Because I have high standards and can say I truly think they are the best at what they do.
Check in was smooth. Everyone greeted me with a smile, and the clerk was ready for us with hot cookies as well.
The drain did have a little trouble draining, however I let them know and 5 minutes later maintenance was up and fixed. Big resorts can’t even do that!
I would stay here again and again, and we will definitely return and recommend to our family and friends! Thank you for the amazing stay! Staff! And customer services from ALL your vendors.

We had a great stay at this Double Tree property. Our room was in decent shape, as well, it was clean. It had an awesome shower that the water gets hot very fast.
The breakfast crew was polite and awesome! They were very attentive to our meal needs while also being very talkative.
The evening bar was fun, also. We were surprised at how active it was each night.
And , the property has a pretty expansive pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating area.

I've stayed at this Doubletree property during the high (conferences) and low. It's like a zoo when busy, but the hotel is actually a good value when not busy. The service is much better. Rooms are old, but the maintenance has kept them in good shape. Sound insulation is poor so expect to hear some noise. Do appreciate the small workspace area, but the chair in some rooms was in rough condition.
Overall, the hotel is a good place to stay. Try to catch a ride here as parking fee could be hefty on longer stays.

Booked this hotel for a family trip. This hotel is in a great location. Not only close to Disney but there are lots of stores and restaurants around the area and I mean under a mile. From the moment you get off you vehicle the staff is so friendly and attentive to your needs. Rooms are kept so clean while you're out. From the parking lot, the lobby and to your room cleanest hotel. We will be booking with this hotel on returning trips.

Booked this hotel for a family trip. This hotel is in a great location. Not only close to Disney but there are lots of stores and restaurants around the area and I mean under a mile. From the moment you get off you vehicle the staff is so friendly and attentive to your needs. Rooms are kept so clean while you're out. From the parking lot, the lobby and to your room cleanest hotel. We will be booking with this hotel on returning trips.

I can’t give a full 5 stars, but I want to start off with the great qualities. Maria and DJ (management) were amazing ! They were understanding and beyond accommodating! They listened and heard me loud and clear. I want to give them a huge thank you. The room was nice and the beds were comfy. We had a great view from our room, but I imagine that every room must have a good view. Everything was so clean and when you walk in theres pretty chandeliers and a nice bar. The housekeepers were very friendly and everyone seemed to be on their “A- game” in keeping the hotel clean. This location was also very convenient for us, because it’s close to great beaches, Disneyland, knots berry Farm, great stores, a outlet mall, restaurants and fast food, and even a hospital ! So I highly recommend this location if you are one for short distances and easy access to places !
For the issues I did have, I want to say they are minor issues that can easily be fixed with a little training, I did speak with management already about the issues, but I want to explain why I was not able to give a solid 5; instead I give it a 4.7 ! If the issues I had get resolved this hotel easily deserves a 5 star rating. Thank you again, for accommodating us and making the best of it for the rest of our stay.
