This hotel is perfectly situated in a beautiful location. It's close to the Ventura Pier and is a five minute walk from restaurants in every direction. The hotel itself has beautiful paintings aligning the walls from local artists. Some of the paintings can also be purchased. The view closest to the bar is breathtakingly beautiful. I was here for a conference so I didn't stay at the hotel, but the staff from the valet to the cleaners provided a warm and friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this hotel to everyone looking forward to a mini getaway.

Had a really amazing time here in Ventura and our stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel was top notch! Danny and Todd at the front desk are amazing and went above and beyond to make sure your stay was as pleasant and comfortable. The view from our balcony was unreal and the hotel had a ton of amenities for guests to utilize. It was central located so we didn’t even bother renting a car. Walking distance to the beach (literally steps) as well as other attractions like the Pier and Beach House Tacos! We’ll e back for sure! Thank you again!

Excellent Hotel. Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, from the moment we arrived. The views of the ocean were magnificent! A big shout out to our wonderful breakfast waiter, Hector!! He was the best! Very efficient and so cheerful, even with our large group. We all loved him! Will definitely return to this wonderful Hotel.

Todd and the team were absolutely helpful and welcoming.
The room was perfect 👌 with a small sea view, clean and modern room with enough space and has all the essentials that we needed.
More so, they had complimentary coffee which was a great start to the morning.
The promenade is a few steps away and was simply breathtaking.
We had an amazing stay and we truly hope yours is as good

Rooms were small but clean and comfy beds! View and balcony awesome but what made the review low was the staff. Everyone was rude! I don't if its because my husband is Hispanic. Even when checking out we gave valet a nice tip and he handed my husband the car keys and pointed and said get your car. My husband asked "where" and he says in the first row. Very rude especially if your paying $24 for valet. Bar was rude, front desk was rude didn't explain anything. Just not good business for $391 a night on a Tuesday! Won't be back and neither will any of my friends or family.
