We recently attended a showing of the Chinese Ballet, Shen Yun. The immediate area surrounding the building was well kept and the facility itself was nice. Parking was also easily accessible and within walking distance.

Opened in 1931 and named for Mable Shaw Bridges, who died at the age of 12. Capacity: 2500, roughly the population of Claremont back in 1931. (Dogs not allowed)

This is a midsize aging Auditorium with a classic feel of grandeur from earlier years. The ladies lounge is huge, comfortable and able to accommodate a number of women in the lounge area to the restrooms. The facility is accessible but parking is terrible so give yourself at least an extra 30 minutes to find a spot locally.
