This is a really, really nice Inn. Stayed there once before with prior owners and it's as good or even better than ever. Beautiful common spaces, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts. And Wendy/Bruce made dinner reservations nearby so I could enjoy hiking all day. Very much recommend

My time at the Black Bear Inn was beyond blissful. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Wendy, who owns and operates the Inn with her husband. She kindly showed me to the room I reserved (Okanagan) and told me about all the wonderful amenities included with my stay. The room was immaculately clean and cozy. My girlfriend and I spent the majority of our time in the room relaxing in the Jacuzzi and resting on the extremely comfortable bed. The food prepared by the chef (Wendy's husband) was exquisite. The surrounding scenery is breathtaking. This was the best getaway ever and I plan on returning just as soon as possible.

Bruce and Wendy were excellent hosts.
My wife and I were up here for my good friends birthday.
The inn is very beautiful and the room was very cozy.
Great location to local shops and restaurants.
We plan on returning soon.

Had a super wonderful holiday weekend here. Property is so well cared for and beautiful. Bruce and Wendy are absolutely amazing hosts. Everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better place to have our family gathering. I can picture this being the most beautiful wedding venue as well if you're looking for a smaller mountain wedding. Breakfasts were amazing everyday.

The grounds were beautiful as they were lined with wild sweet peas, roses, and trees. Wendi and Bruce helped make our day/weekend magical. We can't wait to return for our anniversary.
