I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The valet greeted us warmly upon arrival, and the front desk staff was very polite and kind during check-in. The gym is small but equipped with all the essentials. They offer canned water from Italy, which is a nice touch. The pool, though small, looks elegant. My room (802) was very quiet, and the mattress was amazingly comfortable. Room service food was just okay, as it didn’t come from CUT or BLVD restaurants.

Well, one of the best hotels I stayed in so far. This is not necessarily mainly triggered by the interior which is on one hand well maintained but on the other one the time the hotel has existed in it's design and optical appearance the age is able to be visualized.
Anyway this is more than well covered by it's personal staff in all belongings.
You have an issue? The team from the front desk or concierge have the solution. No matter if a additional fridge is needed, an extra blanket, more towels, lunch for the room or anything else.
Everyone is friendly and helpful and you can feel that this is not a request by management (even it is) but they do it because it's their passion.
We loved the stay and all amenities and we will come back.

Beautiful hotel, but not perfect. I've stayed at numerous five star hotels and usually the main thing that sets them apart besides the quality of the rooms, is the SERVICE. We attended the annual American Heart Association "Heart & Stroke Ball" which was taking place in the ballroom, so we made a weekend out of it. The front desk staff were very attentive and accommodating; however, all of the interactions we had after that were mediocre at best.
I didn't receive a ticket for my luggage from the valet, so there was an issue getting the luggage to my room.
I waited over 4 hours and made over three phone calls for a mini fridge which never came, so I had to empty the mini bar myself to put my cold items away.
I had the worst salon experience of my life at their in-house salon. I had made an appointment to get my hair curled in a simple half up hairdo and the stylist was frustrated and annoyed the entire appointment; he rushed and pulled my hair and kept leaving to attend to the other stylists who apparently needed help with their clients while I sat and watched. The whole appointment was very weird and stressful. I couldn't wait to get out of there and hated the end result.
Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were comfortable.
Room service choices are good, food is tasty.
Overall we had a "good" stay, but it certainly wasn't over the top.
