We (BELLA VITA EVENTS - EVENT PLANNERS) have been working at the Bel Air Bay Club for over 12 years. Each Wedding there is a fairy tale come true. This venue is perched on the scenic cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and the stunning views create a mesmerizing backdrop for the ceremony area. The elegant architecture and meticulous landscaping add a touch of timeless sophistication to the entire celebration. The grand ballroom, with its panoramic windows, allow guests to enjoy the breathtaking sunset as couples celebrate their union. The professional and attentive staff (the crew + Jenny, Liz, & Ashley) went above and beyond to ensure every detail was flawlessly executed. We had our March 2024 wedding at Bel Air Bay Club and had a great experience from start to finish! This venue fit our "formal beach" aesthetic perfectly, and the entire planning process was so smooth. We initially booked with Liz and the transition to working with Ashley as our event coordinator was seamless. Ashley fielded our many many questions with such patience and clarity, and always responded quickly. All information and deadlines were given in a clear and timely fashion.
We also booked one of the hotel rooms on site and that department was equally as helpful and responsive.
On the day of, our planners were so complimentary of all the staff, especially the GM. One of our planners said that he was always present and accommodating whenever they needed anything. We received so many compliments on the food, with many guests saying that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding.
Overall, we had a great experience having our wedding at BABC and would highly recommend it!

Attended a wedding. Nice atmosphere, well decorated, the place is well taken care of. Very good service. Excellent view of the ocean. People working there are friendly. They also have a 9 room hotel there. Indoor ballroom is very specious with pretty big dance area. Valet parking.

Overall, my wife and I truly enjoyed this place as our wedding location. My family utilized the guest rooms as well and it was fantastic to stay at the venue. Looking back, everything went according to plan especially due to individuals like Liz, Maddison and Maria Elena and all the wait staff. Everyone was so kind! (Truly thankful for yall!)
However for our event coordinator Kira, can’t say the same… get your own planner if you can. (Which is the reason for 4 stars)
Otherwise we are now happily married and have great memories of the wedding day (not the planning).

My second wedding here. It is a gorgeous location! Be aware that there are no elevators for those in wheelchairs and the sidewalk is very steep
