Service is great. My only issue is how slow the elevators are but that’s not a big deal. I do like the fact that one has to tap the card and then press the floor; that way it is only the guests have access.
Rooms are decent. I do like that there is a mini fridge inside the room.
Location is great since it is nearby major transit lines. There’s also not a lot of convenient stores nearby it would be great if it does. It relatively nearby to do some shopping but one has to like walking distances which I did. The situation outside the hotel is unfortunate but relatively safe nonetheless.
Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The rooms are very nice look... very modern, although most have a different things in each, one looks has mini fridge, others don't. Some have full mirrors, others don't. The bed was comfy. I only rated it low because I had an issue with possible bed bugs, didn't receive a confirmation from the hotel if it were or not. I found 5 little red bugs crawling on my bed at night and had to switch rooms. And spend the next month working if I brought them home. The staff was happy to help and even embarrassed. So no fault really to them. I just haven't gotten follow up if they were and if they remedy the bugs.

I had an exceptional stay at BEI, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for. I understand that a hotel has an incomparable amount of work to do to keep every guest comfortable; however, the staff at this location seemingly took no urgency in any of my requests. The major and most upsetting thing that the hotel failed to address was my need for towels. The room is booked for up to 4 guests, but the hotel only provided two towels. On the second day of our stay, we tried reaching the lobby on more than one occasion to no answer; it wasn't until our second attempt and sixth call down to the lobby that someone picked up. The staff assured us we would receive towels soon. After waiting an hour, we called down again to check on the progress of our request, only to be told again that the towels were on their way. Two hours later, and the towels never arrived. We went to the nearest target to purchase our own towels. When we returned from the target, after not receiving any towels from the hotel, we spoke to a front desk associate only to be told they were sorry and that the hotel was fully booked, prolonging the wait times for service. On our final night at the hotel, we were informed that the towels never arrived because the hotel was completely out of towels. So were the towels on their way up, or was the staff brushing us off? A few hours later we received two more towels, a little too late considering we were checking out the next morning. Lastly, the images provided on booking.com did not match the quality of the location. There was a weird stain in the carpet, and the carpet was visibly old. The carpet in the hallway was old and stained, and even the elevators could use some upkeep. I completely feel catfished by this hotel.

We were forced to scramble and find another hotel last minute. Canceling was not an option because of the “last-minute” booking policy. Within minutes of booking, I tried to reach out multiple times to cancel, but received no response whatsoever. What did happen immediately? My credit card was charged without hesitation. No service, no assistance, no apology. This hotel excels in complete indifference and unreliability. Stay far away if you don’t want to get ripped off.
