We really love this hotel and it keeps getting better and better. The room sizes are LARGE and we were comfortable with two kids and two adults in the Bay View Two Queen. The bathrooms are large too and the tub was so helpful with kids.
We highly recommend opting for the bay view because those boats are stunning and every day it was exciting to watch the activity along the water--plus sunset!
We liked the pool a lot --large, plenty of loungers and a pool bar, plus kid games. The grounds are very nice and the A+O restaurant was a lovely setting for dinner.
The hotel is in a great location--easy access to Lido Village, Balboa Island and the beach. All in all, a family friendly and comfortable stay. Cannot wait to come back--maybe during the holidays as we know it is very festive there!

As always, impeccable service. One goes into relaxation mode, the minute they step into this nice hotel. Love the colors of the interior. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant is a perfect place to unwind, as it’s located right by the water with the view of nice boats and yachts. At night you can enjoy dinner and drinks by the fire pit. Just love staying here. Perfectly managed.

My husband and I came for 2 days/1 night for our anniversary as a staycation and it was incredible! The staff treated us wonderfully. We were welcomed with Rose in our room and the concierge Michelle sent us champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. The A+O restaurant had lovely live music with great bay views. The waiter gave us dessert and the staff there were awesome too. We paddle boarded in the morning through the Bay Club next door, and they were amazing, and we were just treated like kings and queens. 100% recommend!

Absolutely amazing lifetime experience! True hard working staff. Beautiful, clean rooms . Great fun stuff to do and see and very wonderful people. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and truly thank you and your stuff for such a absolute wonderful experience here. Please give your concierge lady that works in the day and also your front desk attendant that is dark complexion and dark right curly hair a raise and a thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such a beautiful thrilling experience. They deserve it and you deserve them . Please don’t change a thing . We will definitely be back !! From Tito Wooten and family ! Thank you ! We happened to stay here while he visited Hoage Hospital for the NFL. What a beautiful place

Had a gift card which almost covered the cost of the Sunday seafood Brunch. Service was amazing, food was delicious. The only thing that was lacking was the breakfast selections. Oh there was plenty of delicious items, pastries were so good, seafood and sushi. Lamb and steak. We never made it to the omelet bar, so maybe there were more choices there. Would do it again, if I receive another gift card. ;)
