We've stayed at the Alamo before and always enjoyed ourselves, but this trip we rented out the entire motel for our wedding. It was perfect! The entire team was hospitable and kind throughout the process, and the motel was exactly what we were hoping for the weekend. Our guests loved being in the center of Los Alamos, and the bar at the motel was a big hit.

The entire team was hospitable and kind throughout the process, and the motel was exactly what we were hoping for the weekend. Our guests loved being in the center of Los Alamos, and the bar at the motel was a big hit.

Kris and his team at the Alamo motel and Shelter Social Club were beyond helpful and accommodating while hosting us and our friends and family for our wedding weekend. The Alamo motel is beautiful and a perfect place to stay a couple nights. The rooms are amazing and the people are so nice. From the moment we got there the staff was super helpful and arranged to have my welcome bags delivered to each guest room for me. They hosted our welcome dinner and bar Alamo was a perfect add to our event. This motel is right in the cutest town of Los Alamos and close to everything. We are so glad we decided to have our welcome dinner and all our friends and family stay at the Alamo motel. Our friends and family could not stop raving about how fun and nice the place was and how helpful and nice the staff was. It was a perfect weekend all thanks to Kris and his team. I appreciate them so much and i can’t wait to go back and stay there again and hopefully one day through another event there as well! I highly recommend the Alamo motel

Great stay and value for money! Ignore any old photos, all rooms have been refurbished and are bright and modern with lovely touches. Big upgrade! Highly recommend for short or longer stays.

It is an older motel, it is not ADA accessible. It is grandfathered due to the age, the town was established in 1865. They have updated some of the decor, they have claw foot tubs in some rooms. There's a small fire pit, chairs, small fountain/pond with little koy fish, horse shoes, bean bag toss, a big Jenga, and other tables/chairs to enjoy the fresh air, listen to the birds, it is cozy, inviting, and peaceful in those areas.
All the businesses in town were friendly, places to eat had good locally sourced food and portion sizes for the $$,
The employees are down to earth and friendly.

Wonderful 1950’s era motel which was renovated a number of years ago. Nice little court yard in the middle of the motel. The courtyard also has a small wine bar. Queen and King Rooms are nice size for 2 people. The only down side to the rooms are the very mall bathrooms and sinks. Understanding the age of the motel the reason for the small bathrooms. They are one person bathrooms!! The hotel is pet friendly which is great. $40 per night pet fee. Staff is friendly and helpful.
