The host was very kind and helpful
We were passing by and wanted a small snack (not a meal)
Even though it was getting busy and they had a prix fixe dinner menu, the host still accommodated us
Their coffee was EXCELLENT!
They had live music and belly dancing - thank you for the show. We had a great time. I wish we could have stayed longer

Go for the entertainment, not the food. The place is gorgeous, and the live band and belly dancers are amazing.
We still cannot fathom the idea of the five falafels for $25 and the beyond-mediocre food (quantities and quality) for our high price.
I ordered the grilled chicken kebab and grilled lamb (mixed grill) a very famous Egyptian dish and the chicken was either baked or boiled with almost zero to no seasoning.
My husband is vegan and he ordered the eggplant dish with rice. The eggplant dish was “okay” the rice was beyond bland.
I highly recommend that you go for the fun but not the food. I had a blast nonetheless.

I'm very glad we went to this charming Egyptian restaurant. The restaurant had a very unique blend of vibrant flavors and cozy ambiance, the live band and belly dancing performance was fantastic!

This was the worst meal I’ve eaten I San Francisco by a lot. Like shockingly so. The belly dancing was amazing. The chicken tasted like fish. The fish was cold. The vegetarian dish was literally potatoes and eggplant in like warm tomato sauce.
