One of my favorite places in one of my favorite locations in San Diego county. Food is amazing, service may be even better and the view from the wall to wall open window concept is just the amazing cherry on top! Since on the second floor you have views of the Pacific Ocean for miles…! *Pro Tip* been there a many times but first time I tried their “Wondy” (Alcoholic Frosty with Skrewball) and it was the best. Unique and will be a regular order for me when I’m back!

A great spot with amazing waterfront views and wonderful food. Nothing like enjoying a neat pour of Weller 12 Year while people watching at the beach. Might have the best chili I've ever had that I didn't make myself.
Give it a try. Free 4 hour parking just around the corner to the South.

TLDR: Great location, okay service with no good vegan options and average non-vegan options.
Atmosphere: Clearly, the star of the show is oceanside views. The rest of the restaurant is clean and just another beach pub.
Service: nothing stands out as really great or really bad. Just mid-level service with people bringing food. We were not made to feel that welcome, nor was anyone mean.
Food: what should one expect from pub food? Well, even in the state of vegans, there are no real options here. I was able to modify their OB Farm Salad but they still gave me bread with butter on it... the salad had too much dressing and even a vinegar lover like me had my mouth craving fresh water just to rinse the acidity down. The two omni's with me both said their food was "okay" with the grilled fish being quite dry, but the sauce was good. The fish and chips guy only ate one piece of fish and said he was done, so that should say enough.
Overall, come here to drink and enjoy the view, but maybe drink a lot before ordering food to soak it up.

What a great place to eat and enjoy the view of the beautiful ocean blue.
Staff was very friendly. The food was excellent and the wet whistle cocktail drink was muah, fantastic!

Arrive a bit before sunset, for an amazing view. Just a heads up, it does get chilly, so bring a jacket!
I highly recommend the fish tacos—both the fried and grilled were tasty, but the grilled was an absolute 10/10. I also tried the Ahi Tuna Wrap (not pictured), and it was hands down the best I’ve had.
