We were offended many times by the property’s restaurant waitresses which pushed us to believe they were being racist. I dropped my napkin on the floor. The waitress picked it up without asking if we needed to change the dirty napkin or fold the napkin to return it to me. Instead, she threw it on our table with the napkin touching our food directly. I assumed the napkin was dirty because when I put my handbag on the floor it got ketchup on it. Then when I asked another waitress to check why my pancake was weirdly bitter and asked for syrup. She insisted that she couldn't understand us and finally corrected our pronunciation before assisting us. While I watched them providing very nice and helpful service for the other tables where the guests were not Asians, they even offered to change their chairs to softer ones. They ruined our morning by showing strong signs of racism. More than that, when we checked out and asked for assistance with luggage loading, the front desk told us the doorman needed 10 minutes to arrive while the doorman was chatting with his colleagues right at the front door. We loaded our luggage ourselves with incredibly great inconvenience. Overall, we didn't have a good time at all even if we intended to pick a resort carefully to get a good rest.

Great location. Rooms were nice and spacious. We had a nice view of the vineyards from our balcony. Property was well maintained and had a great pool area. Reception was friendly and accommodating.

Great service at an amazing location. Staff were helpful. Once I reserved a room, they reached out and helped me plan and make reservations at restaurants for our wedding anniversary. Highly recommend.

Very large rooms with fireplace and vineyard view. Impeccably clean.
There is not much contact with staff as you enter your rooms from outdoor corridors.
Grounds are beautifully kept.
The pool area looked nice, but due to construction, it was not open. We will stay again.
The only downside for us was the breakfast availability. We stayed 4 nights, and there is not a special price for hotel guests.

Hotel under construction when we went, would not have booked had we knew that, pool was shut down and amenities were non existent. Had 3 separate bad interactions with staff, they never followed up on a call about the spa's sound therapy, they couldn't provide tea in the morning for my girlfriend and during check out the staff member wouldn't get off the phone or even talk to us. Room was good overall but at these prices staff and amenities should be top notch and the weren't. Food and beverage at John Ash restaurant were very underwhelming.
