10/10 University Club by Wedgewood Weddings was an absolute DREAM to work with!! My wedding was June 5th 2022 and for the year before the wedding the team at Wedgewood was nothing but helpful, supportive, responsive, professional, and just exceptional in every way. I felt supported and understood every step of the way in my planning process. When it came down to the week before and day of the wedding, they also exceeded every expectation I had. My Coordinator Mason was fantastic day of the ceremony and at my rehearsal. He answered everyones questions, kept us all in line, and was extremely professional and pleasant. Our wedding day went off without a hitch, thanks to him and the whole team at Wedgewood. As the bride and groom, we felt 100% at ease on our wedding day. Everything was taken care of for us and they were in constant communication with us making sure we felt supported, at ease, and were having a great time. Not only did we absolutely LOVE our wedding day, but many of our guests commented to us afterwards that they could tell how happy and at ease we were, we were not stressed or annoyed like a lot of brides and grooms are on their wedding days. Guest also told us that the staff were all very helpful and friendly when engaging with them, and any question or concern they had during the wedding was addressed. I could go on and on with positive things from this day, but to simplify... FOOD: 10/10, I was so worried about this since we were not able to try the catering beforehand, but OMG we loved it!! If they were a restaurant I would go back again and again...All our guests told us we had the best wedding food they ever had. DJ GIO: 10/10, so nice and fun! Played the perfect mix and even made adjustments on the fly when requested. Simply Sweet Cakes: 10/10 Delicious cake and amazing customer service! Love them. PHOTOGRAPHY: We went with an outside photographer, Lilly Tapia. Also amazing/wonderful. VENUE ITSELF: 10/10 Absolutely beautiful. We received many compliments on the space itself. BAR: 10/10 Cocktails were wonderful and no long wait times!! COORDINATOR: 10/10 Mason, an absolute doll who made sure our day ran smoothly and kept us all in line! Thank you Mason. Julia was the banquet captain and also so amazing!! One of the guests lost her phone (another family member took it home on accident) and Julia was super helpful in looking for it and assuring everything was taken care of at the end of the night. Amazing. I could go on and on, moral of the story, BOOK THIS VENUE. I am SO glad we did, and forever we will remember our perfect wedding with Wedgewood.

The photos on the website are very misleading. Most of the big trees with large root systems you see are at a park 5 minutes away You'll have a moderate outdoorsy area. In complete view of strangers and students. The inside is nice and modern but is not wedding material. Feels like a room for a party. HIGHLY RECOMMEND OTHER WEDGWOOD LOCATIONS.

As the owner of Splashes of Time Photography (splashesoftime.com) I can stay I love photographing weddings at Wedgewood Irvine. The staff here is very professional and friendly. There are so many hidden beautiful photo spots. Highly recommend!

My husband and I are UCI alumni, and we definitely enjoyed the idea of having our wedding reception at our Alma Mater. If we could give more stars, we would! Marissa, Hailey, and Kevin are an excellent team who really take care of you and you and your FS's special day. We had 7 months to prepare for our wedding. On top of that, we coordinated all of this from the Bay Area, while simultaneously planning to move out-of-state after our wedding! After explaining where we were at with Marissa and Hailey, they made sure our check-ins were easy, straightforward, and still fun. On top of that, their responses to questions we had were lightning fast. Both women were very accommodating, and made the flow of our event exceptionally smooth. Kevin is a ball of positive ENERGY, and that made things amazing. So, let's say Wedgewood University Club's service is rated: SUPERB💯🎯. Price wise, it was very reasonable👌. My husband and I were teetering between open bar or not, and Marissa did an excellent job laying out possible options, given our budget. We still went with the open bar. On top of that, we had a cultural ceremony we wanted to practice. Marissa was very attentive and honored the idea, including, making it possible for this to happen at an affordable cost! She's quite a delight, and you would be very lucky to have her work with you. In addition, our guests had many compliments about the friendliness and service of the bistro's bartender and team, too. I did not get a chance to try out the open bar due to the busyness of our day, though the bartender reached out and introduced herself, and complimented us on our day. Super friendly, and sweet! This Wedgewood team is connected with partners who are just as professional and awesome as them. Each vendor that was referred to us by Wedgewood (e.g. the D'Jay company, hotel concierge) were also all-stars. That now checks price and service off the list. Next, food and venue space. Our guests LOVED the food + ambiance. We were a bit nervous about food since we did not go through the tasting as we were short on time and could not fly in to the tasting day. Needless to say, our guests left full, and raving about how scrumptious everything was. The venue space is elegant. There is a gorgeous chandelier which provides a classy touch. We had a sweetheart table, and the backdrop of lights on the trees were absolutely PERFECT for our wedding theme: a rustic woodland. My husband and I highly recommend this venue space, and we will always recommend this to friends or family who are searching for a wedding/corporate/event space. This is surely the wedding power pack.🔥💪🦄
