Great location. Good amenities as usual. No breakfast
Great outdoor relaxation spaces, lovely outdoor pool.
Has a Hertz car rental in the building which was perfect. Makes sense to rent from here than the airport to avoid hotel parking fees.

A very nice hotel. Was here for a conference so I don't know what the rooms are like. The conference rooms were very nice and the presentation systems worked well. The mall right across the street made getting a meal really easy. Lots to choose from.

Came from Washington, DC for a music festival in Redondo Beach and chose this hotel after much deliberation between it and the Westdrift. I was very impressed. The hotel is beautiful and the service was outstanding. The restaurant was great for a hotel restaurant, boasting a creative menu and very fresh, tasty food with good portions. The pool was wonderful as well. Great location. Will definitely be returning to this property!

Came from Washington, DC for a music festival in Redondo Beach and chose this hotel after much deliberation between it and the Westdrift. I was very impressed. Another excellent stay in Torrence. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent service. The windows are large for waking up to a sunny California day and the gym has top notch equipment. Breakfast offers a variety of options and is satisfying for those who are looking to power up for the day. The dinner menu at 21 Square next to the lobby has protein packed options, which I like. I leave content and am happy I visited.

Another excellent stay in Torrence. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent service. The windows are large for waking up to a sunny California day and the gym has top notch equipment. Breakfast offers a variety of options and is satisfying for those who are looking to power up for the day. The dinner menu at 21 Square next to the lobby has protein packed options, which I like. I leave content and am happy I visited.

Staff is untrained and repeat the same thing constantly. We booked a room under a wedding block and selected two queens online. Email receipt did not specify two queens. Instead it said king or queen. A month before the trip we called for clarification and were guaranteed two queens verbally. A day before the wedding we call to double check and suddenly they start saying that the two queens are not guaranteed but it should be okay. The next day we arrive after a 7 hour drive and upon check in they say there are no more queen beds and that we were never guaranteed. We could have adjusted our reservation a month ago when we called to confirm we could have adjusted our reservation or booked a different hotel. Instead we are stuck. Overall a very poor experience with untrained staff who just repeat the same thing over and over.
